About Lee Ann

Lee Ann provides accounting, taxation and consulting services for small to medium-sized businesses and not-for-profits, as well as individuals.  She has been in the accounting profession for over 30 years.    

Prior to opening her own business in 2019, she spent most of her career working at large regional and local CPA firms in the Toledo area, providing assurance, taxation, accounting and consulting services. She has also worked outside of public accounting in various financial management positions in manufacturing, state government, higher education, non-profit organizations and professional service businesses.  

She taught college-level accounting courses at two community colleges in Northwest Ohio. Her main focus was teaching individual and business tax courses and advanced financial accounting courses.  She has also been a frequent presenter on tax issues to various business organizations in the Toledo area.
